AMOUNT OF TIME TO EXECUTE A PARTICULAR PROCESS
Response time=(waiting time+execution time)/execution time
THE AMOUNT OF TIME WHEN PROCESS REQUEST IS SUBMITTED AND 1ST
RESPONSE APPEARED.(NOT OUTPUT)
IT IS ALSO CALLED RESPONSE RATIO.
