in technical support we receive calls regarding some
technical things , Like there is any issue in hard disk of
a computer also we can give resolutions to the customer
offline also ,In call center we can give resolutions to the
customer only online by receiving their calls .............

Call center means its process the business through the tele phone. Its should communicated and collect the details about the business throught the tele phone. Its look like a oral management.
Tech support means its process the technical way of internet. Its should communicate and show the results in system. Its look like a writen management.
