Why Interviewers in Call centers ask us to speak for non
voice positions already we are not good at spoken English?

Non voice process means not like that,you don't need to open your mouth.communication skill are must for any job.Through the communication only we can make community belongs to any thing.we should have to learn to speak atleast managable english..what to do?? Britishers's were ruled us for 200yrs.
they were gone but they left there language and treditions.
