we got the requirement then here our job will be through understanding of requirement & prepare test scenarios out of the requirements & clarification tracker.
once the the test scenarios are signed off by the BA's we start preparing test cases. Usually test lead intimates the testing team for the test case/data preparation.
when the requirement changes day by day, the written test cases requires to be updated. A test case spreadsheet has to be created with version control & requires to be shared with the stake holders for approval & sign off before we export to Quality Center.
Hope I am correct. if not, please do let me know.
Thanks,
