some necessary document like test case, design,
spectfication, test results, release notes, manuals of
application software, user guide,ect, this are deliverables
of test plan.

which are written for the product. The docs are as
follows....
Test design specification, Test case specifications,test
procedure specifications, test logs, test incident report
and test summary reports.
