As I know test result is non-configurable item in VSS

Test plan, Test case, Requirement documents are configurable
items in VSS.

List of items which undergoes version changes can be called
as Configurable Items. i.e. Requirement Traceability Matrix,
Test cases document, etc…

Items that do not undergo version changes can be called as
either Non Configurable Items or Miscellaneous Items. i.e.
Daily status report, MOM, etc…

How do ensure that we prepared Test cases for all the requiremets.. or how do we ensure that we didn't missed out any requirments...do we prepare any Tracebility matrix.. can anybody answer this question...

On Registration Form, if some fields are not mandatory to fill then those fields can accept any invalid input. OR there may have some validation. E.g. Email id field - Not mandatory to fill. If user enter Email id = 453454 should it accept?
