takemy 14 mnths baby along with me infact i got my baby f2
I20.prob is wen i went to interview i said my husband stays
in india actually he stays in usa ..anyhow i got the visa
but nw wat shd i tell wen i go with my baby ?wat r the
chances of getting my baby visa?n also plz send me the
qustionaire of dependent visa interview .i iwll b w8in for
ur reply n im gng 4 the interview shorly so early reply

HII I AM A DOCTOR... AND I INTENDED TO GO TO US FOR APPEARING FOR MY USMLE ENTRANCE EXAMS... MY VISITORS VISA WAS REJECTED TWICE BECAUSE I FUMBLED WITH MY FINANCES..... LATER I APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA THROUGH KAPLAN WHICH WAS FOR PREPARATORY COURSE FOR USMLE STEP 3... THE MAIN COURSE WAS FOR 4 MONTHS AND AN I20 WAS ISSUED FOR 9MONTHS... BUT MY VISA WAS REJECTED AGAIN.... NOW I INTEND TO TRAVEL ON A H4 VISA... WEN I GET MARRIED SOON... WILLL MY PREVIOUS REJECTIONS AFFECT THIS...?

Hi, I am going to attend the H1B interview for X company in the coming month. as I am married and need to apply for dependant visa for my wife in advance(or with me) because after going to US,it will be hard to do that. If the visa is approved and want to stay at home for more 2-3 month and then come to US,can she do that? What will be the validity of the Dependant Visa? Is there any specific time in which she need to land in US compulsory. can anyone answer my questions.
