AS i have served in this organisation for last 7 years so i
come to know about the funtions and responsibilities of
people a different appointments. I found myself fit for
bearing responsibilities at higher level in this
organisation. It is dream of my father to see me as an
officer. My Cdr also find me fit and motivated to became
an officer.

yes i am working as a soldier then i can serve as a shoulder
we know that a shoulder having only fighting and following
quality means he can follow the decision not to take the
correct decision. but i know very well my self that i can not
take only decision but i having those quality which having an
officer ans so i want to be an officer.
