Paid up Capital: The amount actually paid up by the share
holders of the company, for the share which they were
subscribed.
Authorized Capital: The maximum amount of the share capital
that a company is authorized to issue to the shareholders.
Issued Capital: The amout of the share actually issued by
the company to shareholders.
Share capital: It is the actual money brought in by the
share holders in to the company or the company raised by
issue of shares to the public.
