Paid up Capital: The amount actually paid up by the share
holders of the company, for the share which they were
subscribed.
Authorized Capital: The maximum amount of the share capital
that a company is authorized to issue to the shareholders.
Issued Capital: The amout of the share actually issued by
the company to shareholders.
Share capital: It is the actual money brought in by the
share holders in to the company or the company raised by
issue of shares to the public.

assessee is a developer. menthod of accounting- mercantile. he sold a flat to party , registration has been done in financial year 2012-13. but he has taken the sale next financial year on the ground that one cheque has been credited in the next financial year. can the assessee's claim can be considered for taxation purpose
