The SAS Apprentice Exam conducted this year was done on the special request of CGDA.....Bcz this department is lacking Section Officers,Auditors & Junior Accountants in bulk....Hopefully it will no more be conducted by SSC further.

This post has been reformed as AAO (Assistant Audit Officer) which is a Group-B Gazetted Officer & SSC is formed only for the recruitment of Non-Gazetted Officers and other Govt. Employees.

Waise SAS Apprentice is a Group-C Non-Gazetted post aur iske baad turant SAS ka departmental Exam dena hoga( after the Appointment) jisko paas karne ke baad Section Officer bana diya jayega.

Hi, I am Avishek from Kolkata. I have selected in the SSC Tax Assistant Exam 2008 in CBDT. I am posted at Pune, but I have not received my joining letter till date. Is there any reason to be panicked?
