Global Customer Relationship Management.
Global is nothing but use globally ie CRM for any kind of
application.Can be integrated with any old or new CRM
application. Ex: GCRM+Ondemand CRM. It is a single click
application, ie Its modified/userfriendly to fetch desired
data in single click.
