clerical exam, however i have apeared in many exams but
never succeeded, how much % required to qualify the exam ,
or come in merit.

I have been shortlisted for sbi asso clerk interview.For character certificate when I called my college people in admin off said that you are already a passout so we can't issue certificate....im a 2012 passout....what to do now? please anyone suggest.
