1. I would bridge the gap between Supervisor and the advisor. Employer and Employee relationship
2. Job Aduit done,to ensure is he/she really love the work.
3. Make a bit more fun loving enviornment.
4. Rewards and Recongitions.
5. Personality development training.
6. Additional responsibility if the advisor is willing to take up.
7. Being Human as we work with human beings and not with machines.
8. Being a leader, inspire them to do more and learn more.
