Cheque is issued by the A/c holder and money will be paid
after clearance. Cheque may bounce if money is not available.
But DD is issued by the Banker.Amount should be paid at
first while drawing the DD. DD will not bounce and customer
has to pay the services charges for DD but not for the cheque.

where the drawee holds an account, asking the payment to be
made to the bearer or a particular person.
A Demand Draft is a bill of exchange drawn by a bank on
another branch of same bank or another bank.
