yes, we can give special characteres in pwd but should not
that happened to start with a special character.
And also it is depends on different domains i.e client
requirement bcz most of the Banking Domain projects willl
not accept specials characters.

We cannot say the answer as yes or no. it depends upon
client requirements as some clients want the passwords must
be strong having combination of alphanumeric and special
characters. some clients wants it to be simple.
