Sorry for that, me and wife just got it today, we felt so happy.
if i were you i would prepare a very strong ties to my country, and be very confident when answering.
no matter what they seem on their face, you have to be confident and smiley.
sometimes they make you feel like you are a big lier after a certain answer, never mind, dont look hesitated or scrambled, keep you confident and you will get it.

A week back I had applied for B2 visa, as my husband is there in US for a short business trip on B1 visa. But they rejected my visa on clause 214(b). Am thinking of applying again after a week more(After a gap of 15 days). But wondering how probable are my chances of getting the visa this time? Shud I wait for some more time? Wot shud I reply to him abt- Why were u rejected visa initially? Need help nd guidance on this. Its urgent.

hi.. Am Deepthi and am 23 yrs old.I finished my graduation just 3 months back. I got my admission in a Business school.I have two months break before my school starts. So i want to go to USA with tourist B2 visa and spend these two months with my brother who is working in USA. I already applied for tourist a visa just a week back and i got rejected. So my question is can i try for visa again in a week?.. How can i convince the visa officer that I'll surely come back. Becoz frankly i will surely come back as i should join my school after two months. Am going to show my MBA admission letter as my ties to INDIA. Please advice me about what should i say when they ask me "WHY DO YOU WANT TO GO TO USA?".. Last time they asked me the same question. I said i want to meet my brother who is staying in US and so am going there... but i guess the officer was not convinced with my answer.. So can u please tell me what is a more better answer to this question to convince the visa officer. Please help me..

I've applied 4 USA B2 visa with me, my wife n our 7 months old son. V both are govt. teachers n have movable property of 4 to 4.5 lakh n imovable 35 to 36 lakh n have sponser assurity with sufficient funds. Wat kind of steps should I take to clear the interview? we planned our trip to us on june 15th 2009(booked the roundtrip ticket). we got an appoinment on june 8th 2009 for the interview.we can show all the documents clearly.but my doubt is only with the financial background.At present we saved 65000sr.could anyone say howmuch we have to show in our account for the interview or this money is enough.expecting a reply fast. thanks maya
