Is it necessary that monthly provision should be exact

Is it necessary that monthly provision should be exact..

Answer / h.r. sreepada bhagi

As the name suggests, it's only provision and not actual.
Provision for expenses while closing monthly or annual
expenses should be reasonably justifiable, but need not &
may not be accurate.

While provisioning care should be taken to ensure that the
amount is reasonable for each type / item of expenses and
there will not be huge differences.
