1->Talented.
2->Spontaneous.
3->Intelligent.
4->Hard Worker.
5->Sicere.
6->Punctual.
7->Submissive.
8->multi lingual.
9->He/She must be in need of money,only then I think the
person will work with commitment.
10->Finally...He/She must have soft/pleasing tone.
