Bank reconcilation is a statement prepared to reconcile the
bank balance of cash book as per the bank balance as per
pass book.

what Bank Reconcilation ? ..

Bank Reconcilation meanse to reconcile the agreement what
the company & bank had in between them. If bank had charged
some extra amount to company which is not as per the
agreement, reconcilation helps to identify that charges &
accordingly we do the adjustments in either our books or
inform bank to rectify at there end.
