Well I dont have any criticisms for my previous organisation but the only thing was the IJPs wer rolled out every 15 months thats a long duration for one to grow and however I would like to contribute my skills and my hard work for your company and I can see growth in your company at faster rate as the IJP's are rolled at proper intervals.
(if a person means to grow and only if IJP is a problem)

Initially after Post Graduation in Customer Relationship Management, I didn't get opportunity to work with corporate, so I select the second best option to work with BPO, as it helps me to learn more about customers need and behavior in order to develop strong relation with them, which helps in the maximization of growth and profit of the company. my current job was good and it was very comfortably for
time being it was not good , i found my self their was no
growth in that job who were their in my seniors their no
growth for them they are still waiting for hire positions
that is the reason i want change my job.

Was bullied by a coworker and didn't stop after I talked to
my managers about it, my work was sabotaged so much by him
that it was almost impossible to recognize it from the
original, ofc all the blame was on me. I told them I
couldn't work in those conditions, so they signed a paper
saying I was leaving but it was not breach of contract since
I finished the main job.
