Initially after Post Graduation in Customer Relationship Management, I didn't get opportunity to work with corporate, so I select the second best option to work with BPO, as it helps me to learn more about customers need and behavior in order to develop strong relation with them, which helps in the maximization of growth and profit of the company. It also taught me time management and to deliver quality in work.
