First try to enable the disk using metareplace command. if
it's failed check format command the disk drive is
avaliable are not.If it is not avaliable means needs
replacement of the bad disk.

once 3rd party venders replace the new disk.
1st check format command if it is detected or not. its not
dected means using devfsadm commnd. After that try to
resync the data using metareplace command.

by using metareplace command we can replace the failed or
curropted volume

we can configure the ht sapepool then one disk is corupted
then automtically replace the another disk
