You can talk about,,,
1) The TestCases you prepared for the SUT. How you covered
all the fuctionalities using those TestCases.Which also a
part of QA.

2) The number of Bug's you have found in that SUT using
your TC's and How you make the devolper's to sit and fix
the Bug's....

you can tell, if you faced situation like.....

when you found the defect in gold regression testing, but
the defect was serious and can found in initial testing
level(No time to fix and release the software normally).
At the same time you provided simple solution to fix that
defect and its helpful to release the software on time
