The qualities needed for white box tester and Black box
tester are almost same.
The white box tester Should basically a Programmer.He
should aware of some programming languages like C,Java..
where as Black box tester may or may not be a programmer.
and he should also know the language where the project is
developing.

hi dude,
Black box tester's do only GUI part so there, they will not
b bothering of what language or technology they have used
to develope.

But...,
White box tester's should test the code generated by the
developers i.e..,the tester should know the technology or
language they are going to develope.

here, WbTester's are responsible to find memory
leakage,loops,conditional statements,etc..,

WBTESTERS MEANS THEY ONLY TEST IN THE DEVELOPING STAGE
ONLY. THEY ALSO THE DEVELOPERS ONLY. THEYS MUST KNOW THE
KNOWLEDGE OF THAT APLLICATIN IN WHICH LANGUAGE THEY ARE
DEVELOPING.

BB TESTERS MEANS THEY ONLY TEST IN THE TESTING STAGE NLY,
THEY ONLY DEVELOPE THE TEST SCRIPT IE TEST CASES FOR THAT
PRDUCT TO TEST BUT THERE IS NO NEED OF HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE
OF IN WHICH LANGUAGE THE APPLICATION OR PRDUCT IS. THEY
ONLY TEST FOR THE +VE AND -VE FLWS OF THE PRDUCT THAT IS
CHECKING THE DEVELOPED PRDUCT IS WORKING FINE OR NOT.
