How can we enable the USB pen drive in Network if Network
administrator Disable the Drive. Asume You are Computer
administrator but when you enable it it show windows can't
enable this dirve.

Dear it should be done through the server by editing the
group policies, as i assume that the user computer is a part
of domain

try shutting it down and get into the bios setup of your pc
maybe it was disabled..and if still won't display..go to
your "My computer" - properties - then check if its also
disabled..then if those did not solve your problem..then
proceed to your group policies..i hope it helps you out.

It can be done by group policy either it can be done from
registry settings. go to run type "regedit" and hit enter,
go "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usb
hub" and chnage default value as 0 and start value 3.
and
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTO
R" change default value to 0 and Start value 3.
and it will be work if you are a member of admin group.

the corresponding system has been conected with domain
means in this case we need to give permission to access the
pen drive by editing and changing the group policies in
server.if it is workgroup pc or stand alone pc means we need
to give administrator power to this user.

Roles no to Server: Domain Controller / Terminal Server
Want to disable USB Pen Drive on Server
Present Scenario:
Printer are working find
Pen Access to all users
Try to disable pen driver it gets disable for all users including Admins.
Want to disable for few user and allow to admins.

First, Network is the interconnection of local geographical area. all the computers are controlled by a domain controller.
network administrator can apply the security and policies by group policy. Even if the drive is blocked by the policy.
either we can enable it by local administrator by changing domain to work group computer. and also there are many ways to enable it.
1. usb drive option
2.bios settings
3.registry settings
4.local group policy
5.finally in the hardware
