How can we enable the USB pen drive in Network if Network
administrator Disable the Drive. Asume You are Computer
administrator but when you enable it it show windows can't
enable this dirve.

First, Network is the interconnection of local geographical area. all the computers are controlled by a domain controller.
network administrator can apply the security and policies by group policy. Even if the drive is blocked by the policy.
either we can enable it by local administrator by changing domain to work group computer. and also there are many ways to enable it.
1. usb drive option
2.bios settings
3.registry settings
4.local group policy
5.finally in the hardware
