i have mbbs degree,with out gre. and i appiled for visa,2
time rejected.now iam applied for third time on 12july
2010. but the problem is my college has started on 3 july
2010 as per I20.please help me whether i have to go for
visa r not.

i have been detained for an year in ma b.tech and have got 60% aggregate with 7 backlogs.can u please tell me wat reason shud i give for being detained??????
i got i20 and they said i have been accepted as a conditional graduate student(b'coz toefl score is 69) and once you come here the university coordinator will give you an ESL program.i want to know about this program ... is it difficult?is there any problem to go with conditional i20 to visa?
