its not mandatory. but to get quality project we are
following testing before delivery of the project. finally
Testing is not manadatory but it is best practice to
companies to get high quality project

Testing is must for all the Project, Cos we don't knew the
loop and cornor of the project.if we are confident once we
test the project as per the specification

Testing is must. In life we do testing in everything to ensure the quality and stability. For eg., If we are in a market to make a purchase of fruit or Vegetable what we do? Yeah, you are right. It's and bits of nuts and bolts needs testing. :)
