3423Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am associated continuously with the same company X since Jun 2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan 2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end of Feb or early March 2012. Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because of these multiple rejection? Please suggest me what are the chances of getting L1A approval.

15734My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?

2624Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.

I have done my +2 and then an open university degree and work experience of 6 years, regular education for 10+2=12yrs, and 3 years partime education. Will I be eligible for L1 Visa?My company is planning to trigger one for me, I am not sure if I would be eligible or not, any pointers would be very helpful.
My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? Please post the information soon if u have any.. Thanks in advance..

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated

Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. I am qualified technical architect. can any one let me know what are my chances to get through L1? it is urgent please thanks in advance

My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa.
