2 6733Is ABSENT a Backlog... I was absent for an exam due to illness but gave it later.My marksheet showed 'ABS' instead of 'F'.Is it regarded as a backlog.

1 7387I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.

I will be going for an interview for Spring 2009 Semester within the next two weeks and have a small confusion any idea how to tackle it. My father died about 8 months ago and my mother who was previously a teacher is now a house wife. I have a brother studying and my uncle will be sponsoring me, How can this be justified?
