If L1 visa got rejected.Is there any time frame required for reapplying it? Once it got rejected,ll it be less chance of getting it again?
18513plz help.I have 65% in BE CS,gre score-1080.I have failed in 10 different subjects but few papers i cleared after 2 atempts,so should i consider that i have 10 backlogs or should i have to consider the repeated attempts(which comes to around 17 in total).Moreover im yet to apply for fall 2010,will i get an admit with this profile and finally will it be possible to get visa?kindly help
3 7320I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?

I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. I have applied 2 times From London U.S Embassy for visit Visa (b2) and one time From New Delhi for Student F1 Visa for Southern new Hampshire University. Now i am applying for the same university. All the 3 times i was rejected under section 214(b). This will be 4th U.S Visa Interview. My Sponsor is my Uncle who is U.S Citizen my father due to some loss in business he could not able to support me my father is having only Rs 6-8 Lacs in his A/C which is not sufficient for university which i have selected.
