2674My husband was denied K-3 visa to the USA when he went for interview at Lagos, Nigeria. It was to be recommended for revocation of his papers for suspicion of marriage for immigration. I have not received any letters yet concerning this. I have tried calling but canot get any person on the line. What do we do now?

Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?

My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?
