I will go to the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for to pay the first two years. I have also a academic scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$ and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college, because i play in my country american football and i want to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score 33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, ( I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro (27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how probabilities have i to take the student visa?

Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help

Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?
