Hi every body, I applied for student visa ,all my documents was complete but the embassy reject me becouse of my language!!!but I have IELTS 6.0 and that is enough for my university and they accepted me in master!! I don't know what shall I do?!!!I have just 45 days to start the semester and embassy do this!!!

I had applied for MBA at a renowned German Business school and consequently have recieved an offer. I have a small doubt regarding my IELTS score validity. I had taken up IELTS on 20-Dec-2008 and scored a 7.5 overall.I had applied to the University on 20-Dec-2010. Can I apply for the german visa with this score? Will it a cause for rejection ?

ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.

I had God the initial stamping For my previous intake and due to insufficient time at my final stamping my visa was canceled... i would like to know should i need to apply once again for visa or it will be forwarded.. or if i apply once again i need to inform then that i got last time initial stamping at it was cancelled for a reason?

I am a filipina who is currently living in Philippines, and my boyfriend is working as a Captain in US military which is based in Germany and he lives off-post. I applied a schengen visa 2 months ago for 17days to visit him and they grant it. But this time we are very eager to know if it`s possible for me to apply for a longer stay to visit and to be with him for 90 days, without me having a job here but he will sponsor everything like what he did before? Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows
