I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview. Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." Will i get the visa?, I travel to us back in 2007, with a tourist visa and stay to work, got married in 2008 with a citizen and got my green card, when i applied for a renewal i got an extension on my green card while proccesing but i got back to peru and my application was rejected while overseas on 2011, never got back to us since. Know i have an option to go work in a cruise line and need to apply for a c1d visa, i want to know if i have a chance to be approved or its just a waste of time for wath happend in the past. Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter).
