I have done my +2 and then an open university degree and work experience of 6 years, regular education for 10+2=12yrs, and 3 years partime education. Will I be eligible for L1 Visa?My company is planning to trigger one for me, I am not sure if I would be eligible or not, any pointers would be very helpful.

Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? Do we have to face an interview for L1 visa or we just have to post all are documents and passport and if we are eligible they will stamp visa and mail it back to us????

Dear Team Iam working for one of the MNC. My current role is Analyst, My GL is Planning to send me US on L1 B I have done my PGDBM from distance mode from Hyderabad Central University …and My Graduation is done through distance mode from Dr.BR Ambedkar Open University.Due to my family issue I have to studied through distance. I have relevant 6 years experience Now my Query is wheather iam eligibility for L1 B.. Or not. If Yes what type of check they are going to do while processing L1 B Visa… Please let me status. If L1 visa got rejected.Is there any time frame required for reapplying it? Once it got rejected,ll it be less chance of getting it again?

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.

My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014. Now my company if not willing to go for H1B. my company is filing again within 5 days new L1B petition at California Service center. I am just confused what need to do..

I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. In present company i have not shown that gap.I didnt get any certificate from one company to which I havve merged that 6 months gap. How should I proceed now? please suggest me something.
