Why have you chosen L1-B visa rather than H1-B or Business visa?

Hi.. My Manager is going to initiate L1 for me. My name is misspelt in my passport, will it effect any where in the process? It was a typo done by the passport issuers, Instead of gaYAThri, they typed gaYTAhri. If it is a problem, what is the immidiate action I need to take now?

Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply. My L1B US visa got rejected on Apr'07, also my L1 induvidual got rejected on oct'07. what is the next time period for me to apply for L1B VISA again?

I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. In present company i have not shown that gap.I didnt get any certificate from one company to which I havve merged that 6 months gap. How should I proceed now? please suggest me something.

I have completed 15 years of Education in India. The Degree is BCA. Am I eligible for L1B Blanket. I have total 6 years of Exp however in the current company it is 3.2 years.

I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?

Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved??
