3. It has no serial ports, watchdog timer facility.
4. Has more number of opcodes.
5. Application: In higher end projects.
6. It has few bit handling instructions.
7. It is just a proccessor.

1. It is not a stand alone device.
2. It is application specific /single purpose computer.
3.It has serial ports, watchdog timer facility.

microprocesser-basic in microprosser there are seprate ports for memory ,ram ,rom,and input output devices..and we increase and decrease the memory...

microcontroller-basic in microcontroller there is a complete circuit and the ports and memory is fixed ..it can not be changed ....
