Scheduling Agreement is the agreement between consumer and
company having fixed delivery aates and fixed quantity.

Contract is the agreement between company and consumer for
certain period of time.

whereas
contract doesnt has schedule line
2)We can combain the different contracts in to Single
Contract i.e Master Contract.
