TAXINJ IS FORMULA BASED AS SAID ABOVE AND TAXINN IS
CONDITION BASED. BEFORE TAXINJ ALL INDUSTRIES WERE USING
TAXINJ ONLY BUT AFTER THAT SAP DONE SOME MODIFICATION AND
CAME UP WITH TAXINN WHICH ACTUALLY REDUCED ABAP ROUTINES.

the only condition based. But you can n number of the
condition based on your business so no needed to follow tax
inn .
