mapping these with sap if not propose some other solution
how to map i.e ASIS -TOBE study

so the out put will be under standing the requirements and
providing the solution in sap with flow charts and get the
acceptance from the business team before configure the
system i.e raelization stage

The output of blueprint phase is the "BLUE PRINT DOCUMENT",
which is the backbone of the entire configuration that is
to happen in the future.

In the blueprint phase, we first do the "Requirement
Gathering" to gather information reg. various areas and
modes of operation.
Then we do the PROCESS MAPPING to map the business
scenarios with the SAP standard, ie. AS-IS and analyse the
gaps between the way the business functions and the way it
is structured in the standard SAP. In case there is a
deviation, they are called GAPS. The GAP analysis is done
and thus the TO-BE. After this, we document this and based
on this Blueprint Document, we do the realization. We get a
sign-off from the client on the BPD so that both the
parties are clear about the expectations and understandings
reg. each other.

particular organisation.This stage is called TO BE stage.
We dnt use the system(PC) for this stage..after completion
of this stage we will use to configue in the system.This
stage is called the Realization stage..

Hi Gurus, Hope all is fine. I need help in one of the issues in SAP SD. Here is the scenario which we need to configure for our client I want PO number available in biling documents, Few of my clients customer will only pay if their particular name or Purchase order number is mentioned in the billing document. Customer(Sold to Party)- XXX Name of the Accounts Payable - MR YYYYY. Once the accounts payable name will be there in the billing, then only the the money will be released. So they have to configure such thing where in billing their individual names should appear. I have one more scenarios where PO number should come in billing or in Invoice so that it becomes easier for customer to recognize against which PO number the bill has generated. Would request if someone can help me with a prompt response. Thanks and Regards

In DownPayment Request processing suppose let us take a scenario where in customer has to pay 1 lacs rupees . He already paid some 30,000 rupees. In such a case how do you know to which G/L account this partial amount is posted to?/ How we will come to know that which G/L account has been determined for this Total amount as well for Partial amount in DownPayment Procedure in SAP SD.Please provide detailed answer.
