Inbound means we have to solve the problem of the customer
regarding the companys product which is already selled.
Eg:customer care jobs
OUTBOUND:
Outbound means we have to sell the companys product by
convincing the customer Eg:Bpo jobs

Outbound requires all the above qualities with convincing skills, good vocab, assertiveness and top of all is aggressiveness in a polite manner which may help to convince and transfer into the sales.
