but that is not the only case not to automate
and if we dont have test plan, manual testing can be done
the same way automation also
and if desgin document are not there means no testing
stops becoz design doument is for developer for his
understanding to do coding in the way the mgmt want

answer is D because its not that automation is that cost effective since there is tools like sahi and selenium which are open source and hardly requires minutes to get downloaded
