Message Formating Service used to give attributes to
positions on the screen, place data and literals on the
screen and deliver database information and literals to the
screen.

Messaage Formatting Services is used to provide formatting
of the screen visible, it is used to pass the message to the
application program and to control the message information
viewed on the screen. MFS formats and control all the
valuable information between the Screen terminal and the
application program.
