Client is a self contained unit with its own set of master
data and related tables. The client no can be anything ex:
100, 200, 500 etc in real time. I had 500 as the client no
for DEV and 200 as the client for Sandbox.

In technical terms , a self-contained unit in an SAP system
with seperate master records and its own set of tables. All
users in this group has similar rights.
It varies according to company. 000 is the SAP reference
client used by SAP. During installation we create new
clients with the help of this client.
