re-testing can be performed as
1. when Bug is Fixed.
2. when built is modified.
In re-testing phase we have to test combinations of all
relevent test scenario's.

1)_Re-testing is not performed on modified build.
2)_re-testing is done by the test engineer by giving the diffrent type of inputs for a particular application...
3)_test engineer will start re-testing after complition of Sanity testing..
