Cardinality Dimension is defined as the ratio between number of
distinct values in a table to the number of rows in a that table.

Dimension is stated to be of high cardinality if the number
of entries in it are more than 10% of the fact table.
In such cases, SAP converts that dimension respresentation
from bitmap to B tree index.
Bitmap representation takes larger storage space but very
simple and efficient for smaller set of values.
