defferred:bug is accepted but postponed to the future
versions to be resolved.

when a test engineer find a bug, he will report it to
developer who checks it and decide to fix it based on
priority, so if it is not related to the functionality of
the latest or present release release, then he will mark it
a deferred(holding to be fixed in next release or later).
