smartform - it is a form. basically it is using in output.
every smart form having some programme called routines and
they are assigned to every medium like print, fax,edi,etc.
for this it is helping in communication to business partner
and to dep to dep.

wt is your role in support project?and how will u get the request no. who will raise that no.and after resolving the ticket what is the next procedure?who will transfer that? please let me know the total scenario of support project?

Hi SD Gurus,What is the role of a SAP SD Functional Consultant in SAP SD Testing? Suppose if there is separate dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control Department or wing in Big organization then how do you co ordinate and work with Quality Control Department as a SD Consultant? If i want to configure the partner determination for sales manager and general manager, if the sales manager is business partner in sales order he should only give 5% discount and general manager should can give 10% discount. how could i configure this ??

In the Credit management, while in the configuration of Automatic credit Control Area, one field is there "Horizon" it shows Display mode only ie in months but if we want to change the Credit limit months to dates how to change the it and tel me the Transaction code to change it.
